FURNITURE PRIMERS, PAINTS and LACQUERS
Most of our range of furniture primers, paints and lacquers have a low aromatic solvent content and generally do not contain Xylene and Toluene. Many products have the same thinners and catalyst, where applicable, and are easily applied to give high quality results on a wide range of interior furniture, fittings, etc.
CLEAR FINISHES
7LX 026 Cellulose Sanding Basecoat.
Suitable for use under pre-catalysed and acid catalysed coatings.
Good grain filling properties.
Spreading rate: 10-12m2 per litre Thinners: 7QS 108 Sizes: 25 litres, 5 litres
Do not use over naptha stains.
7LE 086 Range of Pre-Catalysed Lacquers
The range is:-
- 7LE 086 10% gloss level
- 7LE 090 20% gloss level
- 7LE 091 50% gloss level
- 7LE 082 90% gloss level
Other gloss levels can be supplied.
Do not use over naptha stains or over slow drying or naptha grain fillers.

7LD Range of Acid Catalysed Lacquers (two pack)
The range is:-
- 7LD 031 10% gloss level
- 7LD 027 30% gloss level
- 7LD 029 60% gloss level
- 7LD 028 90% gloss level
Other gloss levels can be supplied.
Do not use over naptha stains or over slow drying or naptha grain fillers.
Spreading rate: 12-15m2 per litre Thinners: 7QS 108 Sizes: 25 litres, 5 litres.
Catalyst: 7QC 084 / ratio: 10 parts lacquer to 1 part catalyst.
7QW Range of Waterborne Lacquers
Easily applied by spray to a wide range of woods for interior use.
Good abrasion and stain resistance.
The range is:-
- 7QW 096 25% gloss level
- 7QW 097 40% gloss level
- 7QW 098 80% gloss level
Use over Tintex Waterborne furniture stain where necessary.

- 26325 satin 25% gloss level

Tintex Furniture Stains
Tintex Furniture Stains are made from high quality dyes and have good application properties and U.V. light resistance.
Available in Solventborne Furniture Stain for use under pre-catalysed, acid catalysed lacquers, etc. Small amounts may be added to tint these lacquers.
Waterborne Furniture Stain is available in the same wide colour range for use under the 7QW range of waterborne lacquers. Sizes: 5 litres, 1 litre
FURNITURE PRIMERS
7KR 004 Waterborne Primer/Edge Sealer
White high build air drying primer/edge sealer for use on interior MDF, wood, etc. Provides an excellent base for cellulose, pre-catalysed, acid catalysed finishes, etc. Also available in pastel and medium tone colours.
Free from organic solvents – no solvents emission.
Spreading rate: 9-11m2 per litre Thinners: Water Sizes: 20 litres, 5 litres
11173 High Build MDF Primer
White air drying high build cellulose primer for interior wood, MDF, hardboard, etc. Provides an excellent base for cellulose, pre-catalysed, acid catalysed finishes etc. Also available in pastel and medium tone colours.

7KO 011 Traff Surf Acid Catalysed Primer (two pack)
White two-pack A.C. primer for interior timber, MDF, etc. Provides an excellent base for acid catalysed finishes and most other finishing systems. Also available in pastel and medium tone colours.

26490 Polyurethane Primer (two pack)

FURNITURE ENAMELS
Traff TX200 Acid Catalysed Enamel
Two pack acid catalysed enamel for furniture, shopfittings, etc, which gives a long lasting, tough and durable finish. Available in an infinite range of colours which includes BS4800, RAL, NCS, Monicolor Nova, and most Pantone colours.
Traff is available in a range of gloss levels from 10% Matt to 90% High Gloss. Can also be supplied in fine, medium and coarse texture quality.

7MH 075 Proff Black Semi-matt A.C.Enamel
Two pack acid catalysed enamel for furniture, shopfittings, etc., which gives a long lasting and durable finish. 7MH 075 Proff Black is available in a standard semi-matt (20% gloss level), and lower gloss levels.

7ND Range of N.C. Topcoats
Single pack quick drying coating for interior timber doors, furniture, shopfittings, etc. Available in a wide range of colours which includes BS4800, RAL, NCS, , and Pantone colours.

7ND 065/100 Semi-matt 30% Gloss level
Other gloss levels can be supplied. Can also be supplied in fine, medium and course texture quality.

7MY 03 Aqua Line Tack Topcoat
Single pack waterborne enamel for furniture, shopfittings etc., which gives a long lasting, durable finish which is resistant to blocking. Can be applied over Aqua Tack Surf WB primer. Available in a wide range of colours, which include BS4800, RAL, NCS and Pantone colours. Aqua Line Tack Topcoat has a gloss levels of either semi-matt (15%) or satin (40%).
