RONSEAL CONTRACTOR – CLEAR FLOOR FINISHES

Quick Cure

Water borne, single pack, low odour, clear coating available in Matt, Silk and Gloss finishes. It is non-yellowing, has excellent scratch, chemical and black heel mark resistance. Quick Cure can be recoated in 1½ hours and is fully cured in 12 hours. Conforms to BS7044 Part 4.

High Traffic

Water borne, two pack, 100% polyurethane, clear coating for high traffic commercial flooring, sports halls, etc., with exceptional hardness, scratch, chemical and black heel mark resistance. High Traffic can be recoated in 2 hours. Available in Matt, Silk and Gloss. Conforms to BS7044 Part 4.

Waterborne Floor Seal

Silk finish, single pack, polyurethane acrylate clear coating for domestic and light commercial use. Quick drying, economical coating for softwood, hardwood, cork, chipboard, etc.

Quick Prime

Quick drying, water borne, non-yellowing, clear acrylic primer, which has excellent adhesion, resists tannin bleed and reduces shrinkage, cracking and rafting. Can be over coated 1-2 hours after application with Ronseal Contractor Quick Cure or Ronseal Contractor High Traffic Floor Finishes.

Wax Oil

Unique combination of waxes and resins that can be recoated in 2 hours and is fully cured in 24 hours. Its satin finish has excellent scratch, chemical and black heel mark resistance and is easily maintained. No primer required.

Floor Lacquer (Solvent borne)

Economical, clear finish which mellows and highlights the natural beauty of the wood. Available in Silk and Gloss finishes.

Rust-Oleum 7100 Floor Coating

Tough, hard wearing, solvent borne, single pack, high build, gloss polyurethane floor coating for interior and exterior use. Excellent resistance to abrasion, lubricants and oil; suitable for concrete, timber, steel, etc., in domestic and light industrial areas. Available in 10 standard colours.

Rust-Oleum 7100 NS Slip resistant Coating

Ready mixed anti-slip, single pack, high build, semi-gloss polyurethane floor coating for interior and exterior use. Excellent resistance to abrasion, lubricants and oil; suitable for concrete, timber, steel, etc., in domestic and light industrial areas. Available in clear and 8 standard colours.

FP7 Slip resistant Coating (easy clean)

Durable, low sheen, smooth, single pack, solvent borne, slip resistant, polyurethane floor coating for interior concrete, timber, steel, etc., floors in domestic and light industrial areas. Available in 8 standard colours; special colours made to order.

HSP Select Waterborne Floor Paint

Durable satin finish, single pack floor paint for interior use for painting new and previously painted floors in domestic areas. Available in the complete RAL, BS4800, NCS, Monicolor Nova and Symphony colour ranges.

66/F Epoxy Floor Paint (Two Pack)

Based on high quality epoxy resins which provide maximum resistance on interior floors to chemicals, solvents, acids, oils and water, and gives excellent abrasion resistance. Suitable for general factory and industrial use. Gloss or Semi-gloss finish. Available in 4 standard colours: TR8 Tile Red, 00 A 05 Light Grey, 18 B 21 Mid Grey, and
18 B 55 Dark Grey. Also available in the complete RAL, BS4800, NCS and Monicolor Nova colour ranges. (We advise a test area to check compatibility with previous floor coatings.)

66/F/NS Slip resistant Epoxy Floor Paint (Two Pack)

As 66/F above, but with addition of a slip resistant texture. Colour range as 66/F above.

Industrial Choice WB Epoxy (Two pack)

Virtually odourless semi gloss water dilutable epoxy coating which is abrasion resistant, easy to clean and is resistant to oils, solvents, water etc. Suitable for factory and industrial use. Can be applied to most prepared bare and previously coated floors, walls etc. Available in a wide range of colours.

Pegakote Two Pack WB Epoxy

Water borne epoxy floor coating, which provides excellent resistance on interior floors to abrasion, oils, chemicals and water. Suitable for factory and industrial use. Easy to apply with little odour during application. Can be applied over the majority of prepared previous coatings. Semi-gloss finish available in standard colour range of 8 colours. Also available in complete RAL, BS4800, NCS, etc.

Pegakote Two Pack WB Epoxy Slip Resistant

As Pegakote above but with the addition of a slip resistant texture. Colour range as Pegakote above.

Rust-O-Thane 9200 WB Polyurethane

Water borne 2 pack polyurethane coating with excellent resistance on interior and exterior floors to abrasion, oils, chemicals and water. Easily applied with little odour with a curing time at 20oC of 48 hours. Available in a wide range of colours. Semi-gloss finish. Can also be used on plant, machinery etc.

Valtti Unica Super

Clear solvent borne, single pack, urethane alkyd coating for interior and exterior wooden surfaces. Valtti Unica is available in clear and a wide range of stain colours in Semi-matt, Semi-gloss and Gloss finishes.

Coo-Var Road Line Marking Paint

Spirit based, fast drying road line marking paint suitable for interior and exterior tarmac, concrete, etc. Available in white, yellow and black.

PREPARATION MATERIALS

HSP CLEANER/DEGREASER

Water borne, odour free alkaline cleaner/degreaser suitable for cleaning surfaces which are contaminated with dirt, grease, oil, etc.
Spreading rate: 6-8m2 per litre Thinners: Water Packaging: 1 & 5 litres

ND14

Concentrated alkaline cleaner/degreaser to remove grease, oil proteins and other contaminates from coated and uncoated substrates.
Spreading rate: 6-8m2 per litre (approx) Thinners: Water Packaging: 5 litres

PARAMOSE PAINT and VARNISH STRIPPER

Powerful chemical paint remover. Water washable.
Spreading rate: 5-8m2 per litre Packaging: 5 litres

ACID ETCH

A blend of acids and wetting agents in solution. Used to clean and “etch” floors prior to painting on exceptionally smooth surfaces. Must be diluted with water.

ANGLO REPAIR MORTAR

Granite hard two-pack epoxy resin mortar for use where conventional material would fail. No primer required, very easy to mix and use. Usage rate: 5kg cover 0.6m2 at 5mm thickness

NX25 ADHESION PRIMER

Water borne, single pack, adhesion primer for interior and exterior use on glass, ceramic tiles, glass fibre, smooth dense concrete, etc. NX25 can be over coated with most water borne and single pack solvent borne coatings.

3333 SUPER ADHESION PRIMER

Two component, low odour, water borne, super adhesion primer based on epoxy resins. Can be applied to non-porous dense power floated concrete, as well as stainless steel, aluminium, plastics, etc.
